Four Generations - One Workplace - One Field

From Next Generation young people to seniors returning to our workplaces, the range of experiences, learning styles, expectations and collaboration approaches is dramatic. 

Learning 2007 will address the unique challenges of the range of generations in our workplaces and in our learning programs.And, we have a challenge within our own field!  There will be four generations of learning colleagues at Learning 2007. 

Here are a few specific activities that we have developed to recruit, promote and retain learning professionals and expertise in our field:

• Learning 101 - Special sessions for brand new trainers and learning professionals.
  
• Next Gen Colleagues - Content and social gatherings for our next generation colleagues
• Pathway to Promotion - Strategies for taking the step into learning management.
• Learning Leaders - Executive sessions for CLOs and senior learning executives.
  
• Silver Learning Careers - What are your options after retirement?
