Learning 2007, as a policy and design decision, does not have a traditional trade show.  However, each year we experiment with new ways of providing implementers and supplier/sponsors with the opportunity to have direct, honest and in-depth dialogues.

In 2007, you will have exposure to the latest in Learning Products and Services in four ways:

  • Learning Gallery:  We are building a Learning Gallery, consisting of dozens of large plasma screens, filled with learning examples and systems, located around the perimeter of our Lunch and Reception Hall.  This will give you a chance to have either scheduled or informal access to learning products, services and resources.  Each sponsor's area will be identical in order to provide a non-disruptive way to view and evaluate their offerings.
  • Sponsor Showcases:  On Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, a number of our Presentation Sponsors will be hosting one-hour, small-group case study sessions.  Each of these sessions is labeled as a Sponsor Showcase and provides a great way to have an in-depth discussion.
  • Learning 2007 Digital Yearbook:  We will provide each participant with a several-hundred-page digital yearbook, loaded with Supplier White Papers and Materials.
  • Social Networking System:  You can locate and pre-arrange discussions or demonstrations with any of our suppliers by using our Social Networking System.

David Hegarty, CEO, CADRE design

"Masie has done an excellent job of redefining conference sessions for participants and presenters alike. What makes the conference sessions so effective is the two way communication expected between attendee and presenter. I’m looking forward to another great learning event."
Reuben Tozman, Director, edCetra Training

“Giunti Labs is truly looking forward to returning to “Learning 2007” to interact with the Learning Community and collaboratively explore new approaches to corporate learning and training delivery.  The exchange of ideas while networking with peers and consumers has proven to be extremely valuable to us and to the entire industry.”
Stephan K. Thieringer, Chief Operating Officer, Giunti Labs North America

"As a former sales executive who built a mobile learning company based on my frustrations with the limited opportunities for mobile employees to connect, engage and learn, I rely on Learning 2007 to ensure that our solution stays fresh and relevant."
Dave Peak, CEO, LiquidTalk, Inc.

“Elliott Masie’s Learning Conference is truly an innovative event. He has been able to create a learning environment where attendees have the opportunity to learn, improve, share ideas, and gain best practices. Through communities, online tools, interactive discussions, and a whole lot more, this Conference provides a forum to not only continuously learn, but offers the infrastructure to create long lasting relationships.”

Here is what some of our previous sponsors are saying about Learning 2006:

"Since its inception, Blueline Simulations has remained steadfast in its goal to identify and deliver the world’s most proven learning technologies to our clients.  We’ve discovered first-hand that robust, interactive games and simulations allow learners to comprehend and master a variety of skills in and out of the traditional classroom environment.  Learning 2005 was a delightful experience as we engaged in meaningful conversations with the most innovative companies and learning thought leaders in the world.  We are delighted to be a Learning 2006 Sponsor as professionals from both sides of the table engage in robust dialogue about the latest technologies as they relate to their current business challenges right from the moment they register for the conference and well into the following year."
Dan Gregory, Partner, Blueline Simulations

“We see the employment cycle not as a series of separate events, such as hiring, training, retaining, etc., but as a seamless, continuous whole – the employee continuum. Learning 2006 promises to be a collection of experts and practitioners that share this same vision. I'm looking forward to interacting with like minds at what's sure to be one of the best learning events this year.”
Orrin Broberg, President , eContinuum

“Masie set a new standard for conferences with Learning2005, and at eCornell we are familiar with creating a new paradigm among traditional forms. We are excited to be an active part of Learning2006 and look forward to engaging in innovative discussions about key issues facing our industry.”
Chris Proulx, President & CEO, eCornell

“I come to the Learning event for thought provoking content and discussions on today's issues, and I leave with a contact network to address tomorrow's issues. That is what makes Learning 2006 so very worthwhile.”
Tom King, Masie Fellow, Elearning Technologies & Standards

“As the standard technology and services organization in the market for learning measurement and analytics, KnowledgeAdvisors is excited to be participating in Learning 2006 because it’s a forum to discuss challenges the L&D industry faces, such as how to communicate and measure value.”
Jeffrey A. Berk, Vice President, Products and Strategy, KnowledgeAdvisors

"Last year, Elliott Masie broke the mold: Learning 2005 was the first let's-really-put-the-users-in-charge learning event we'd ever seen. It worked. Learning 2006 should break even newer new ground, show-casing the best of learning and development, borrowing the best from other disciplines and helping us all drive business transformation. Needless to say, we're excited all over again!"
Jay Shaw, CEO, NetDimensions

"We are dedicated to personal growth and cultivating leaders throughout all levels of the organization. Learning 2006 is a great conference for us to discuss leadership and management development trends with our learning and training peers worldwide."
Charles Orlando, Senior Marketing Director, Ninth House, Inc.

”We are excited to be a part of Learning 2006 and continue discussions with the community on the future of learning and talent management. There's always a positive energy and buzz about what's possible, what people are daring to try and how we can help each other move forward to achieve our goals. ”
Karen Ambrose Hickey, Sr. Director of Marketing, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

“Masie has mastered the art of combining learning and performance. This event connects the business community to learning professionals, and opens the doors to engage all aspects of the talent lifecycle!”
Joe Ellis, CEO, TEDS, Inc.

“Vcom3D is pleased to participate in Learning 2006, a "melting pot" for new learning models, tools and technologies, as well as lessons learned. By joining with Elliot and other open minds "stirring the pot", we will create the learning-embedded work environments of tomorrow. We believe that this forum is the ideal environment to introduce a new learning tool and engage in dynamic discussions regarding its use for improving learning outcomes and goals for the future.”
